Kristy’s Background
Having worked in various sales positions since 1996, Kristy Noble brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to your kitchen table, ensuring that the sale of your home is smooth, stress free and sold for the absolute best price possible.
Kristy grew up in the small English town of Doncaster however, Kristy always had ideas of travelling, especially having been born in Zambia, Africa and inheriting the travelling bug from her parents.
After marrying husband Nick in 2002, it was off to sunny Australia, based on a spur of the moment decision to sell the house and have a year travelling Australia. After only 3 months living in Sydney, Kristy and Nick fell in love with the relaxed and stress-free Australian way of life. After just 4 months of living back in the UK they were back on a plane, but this time it was permanent.
Kristy is also a mum to 2 boys: Bailey, 15 and Jaxon, 13. “I encourage them to always be the best they can be and to make sure they enjoy what they are doing. Nick and I work well together as a team and the family are always cheering me on in my endeavours.
Kristy believes that to be continually successful in any profession you need to frequently upgrade your skills and evolve in business.

Why my book?
I have written this book to help you when it comes to choosing the right agent through to prepping and then selling your home for a premium price. I wanted to give the people I meet, those with real estate on their minds, a bit more value than a business card with my phone number on it. I wanted people to understand that real estate isn’t just about the transaction, it’s about building and holding onto relationships. This book seemed like a fabulous way to let people into my world and show them how I do real estate. You will find a myriad of tips, tricks, ideas and secrets to assist you in selling your home. After studying various superstar agents, you are not only getting the benefit of my experiences; I also share the knowledge and opinions of some of Australia’s elite real estate performers.
